It’s my “who”:

I tend to be a busy person. I like to be involved. I like to make a difference. I can be a spectator, but I love to participate. Yet beyond all the activity, is the knowing that all of that is what I do.

I do out of “who” I am.

In contrast to…being…out of “what” I do.

 Yet who am I?

I am a person who has learned and lives out a few simple truths.

My life changes when I do!

If I don’t apply structure to my time someone or something else will!

The only things I have any control over are my own personal choices!

What’s important?

I am a person who is close to and loves spending time with my family. Dance, music and words whether written or spoken are incredibly valuable to me. Developing real and lasting relationships that empower me and others to continue to grow into potential are a priority in my life. Appreciating the past, anticipating the future, and yet living in the present as a person of faith is something I reach towards daily.

So welcome!

For several years I worked with other coaches, consultants…with the questions, “How do I brand this, how do I get my message out?” It’s often hard to do for yourself what you do for others. So I looked for help. We developed strategies and processes and messages and cookbooks, yet something always seemed to be missing. You see the strategies were about different pieces of what I do, different areas of life that I move in…what was missing was ME!

Sounds funny to say, but this is all about “ME”.

It’s about the whole ME…the one that the strategies missed because they dealt with the pieces.
